Commercial concrete slab pour on a Louisiana jobsite
01 · Core Service

Commercial & Industrial Concrete

Our core business since 1956. Warehouse slabs, distribution centers, retail pads, industrial foundations, and commercial building pours across Louisiana and Mississippi.

Projects from a 10,000 sq ft retail pad to multi-acre industrial campuses. Tight-schedule retail rollouts or phased industrial work with concurrent utility and finish coordination — we scale the crew and the fleet to match what the build actually needs.

Every foreman on our crews came up through Bass. They know our mix specs, our finish standards, and our safety protocols because they were trained on our jobsites. That's why the slab is flat the first time.

02 · State Infrastructure

DOTD & Infrastructure

Certified for every mix class the Louisiana DOTD writes. Highway, bridge, culvert, airport, and state infrastructure pours — with the test data and paperwork inspectors expect.

When the state is the customer, the documentation has to match the pour. Slump, air content, cylinder breaks, batch tickets, placement logs — we've been doing the full chain of DOTD paperwork for seven decades. Inspectors know us. We know them.

We run high-early-strength mixes for bridge decks and patch work, standard DOTD Classes for highway paving, and specialty mixes where spec calls for them. If the job is state or federally funded, we have the approvals.

  • All DOTD mix classes (A, M, P, etc.)
  • Highway paving & shoulder work
  • Bridge decks & approach slabs
  • Culvert & drainage structures
  • Airport aprons & taxiways
  • MoT & traffic control coordination

03 · Homeowners & DIY

Residential & DIY

Yes — we'll pour for homeowners. Driveways, patios, slabs, footers, shed pads. Same crews, same quality, smaller tickets.

Most concrete contractors at our scale won't take a residential call. We do, and we do it because we've been part of these neighborhoods since 1956. If you're a homeowner with a weekend project or a contractor pouring a single-family driveway, we'll deliver the truck and finish the pour.

04 · Specialty

Decorative & Finish Work

Stamped, stained, polished, exposed aggregate, broom finish — call us before the pour and we'll plan the finish into the mix.

Most finish problems start at the pour, not at the trowel. We coordinate the mix, the pour rate, and the finish crew from the bid so the result you want is actually achievable on the schedule you have. Commercial polished floors, stamped residential patios, exposed aggregate driveways — all in-house.

Finish work is where most concrete contractors lose the job. It's where we earn the repeat call.

  • Polished concrete floors
  • Stamped & textured concrete
  • Stained & integral-color concrete
  • Exposed aggregate
  • Broom & trowel finishes
  • Crack repair & resurfacing
